Job DescriptionThe Paraprofessional plays a central role in building an academic and cultural environment which supports our goal to prepare every Roxbury Prep student for success in college. In this role, the Paraprofessional works with teachers and the special education team to ensure that students with individual education plans receive the specialized attention that they need. The Paraprofessional works both collaboratively and individually to promote a positive, structured, achievement-oriented, and fun school culture.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is between $20.19/hr and $24.83/hr. Most candidates who meet job description requirements will receive an offer of $20.19/hr - $21.42/hr.
Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional development, education certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools.
