Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to source teachers, instructional leaders, and operations staff for our five K-12 schools in Camden, NJ. They will ensure a strong pipeline of candidates by managing relationships with key universities and organizations both locally and nationally (including HBCUs and HSIs); attending in-person and virtual career fairs and events; managing communications with key organizations and leveraging recruitment tools to headhunt and identify strong potential candidates.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is between $60,600 to $71,300.
Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional experience, education, certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. If you meet all job description requirements you will likely receive an offer of $64,200.
